Delivery in the UK
Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of receiving them and this includes weekends.
We have an introductory postage and packing charge of only £1.00 per order.
If for any reason an item ordered is out of stock we will immediately order it from our suppliers for you. The remainder of your order will be dispatched immediately. If there is a delay to fulfilling your order we will keep you informed regularly.
Overseas Orders
Please note that at present we can only dispatch from this site to the UK. Please visit www.stores.ebay.co.uk/tax-free-dmc where all of our products are available world wide.
VAT (Sales Tax)
As we are located in the Channel Islands items are VAT exempt. All sales below £18 benefit from this VAT exemption. Purchases over £18 may be subject to VAT when imported into the UK, if you do have to pay any VAT on products purchased from us simply send the VAT receipt to us and we will refund you the amount paid.
We always hope that you are happy with any products you buy from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possble.
We recommend that you get a proof of sending from the Post Office as we cannot reimburse you for items that are lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
